Are you the same company as before?

As of December 2022, TheClymb.com is owned and operated by a brand new entity who purchased the assets for the parent company of Left Lane Sports and TheClymb.com. For those of you unfamiliar with general assignments, or ABCs, the process is similar to a sale and wind-down process administered under Chapter 7 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code. 

What if I have a credit or an unissued refund from the old entity?

The Assignee is in charge of handling that. Please see this link for their instructions on how to claim what you are owed: Instructions

Is a membership required?

Deals on outdoor/fitness products should be accessible to everyone so we are NOT requiring a membership. 

Where do you ship from?

We have offices in Miami and Salt Lake City. We have a small number of dropshippers as well so your order may ship from one or more locations

Are all Clymb.com products authentic?

We only buy from reliable sources and guarantee all products are authentic.

Are all products brand new?

Yes. Unless it is clearly stated otherwise, your goods will be brand new. When we relist online returns, we have a QC process to confirm they are "NWT" (New With Tags)
