Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our return Policy gives you 30 calendar days from delivery to return items for any reason.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Hygiene-restricted items (underwear, swimwear, personal care) cannot be returned
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return
- Start your return at our online portal here
- Select your order and the items you want to return
- Choose your return reason from the dropdown menu
- Print your prepaid return label when provided
- Package your items securely in original packaging when possible
**Note**: For marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.), initiate returns through that platform instead.
Refunds
- Refund process within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit
- Store credit processes immediately upon approval
- All refunds are subject to manual review and approval
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently available - all returns must be processed for refund or store credit only.
Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover all return shipping costs
Damaged items
- We'll make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Contact us with photos showing the issue for damaged or defective items
- We cover all return shipping costs for these quality issues
- Processing typically takes 3-5 business days once we receive your return
