Trim-to-fit instructions:

1. Remove your shoe's original insole (if present) and place it on top of the Superfeet insole to use as a guide.
2. Trim along the outline to match the shoe's length, cutting a little at a time for the best fit.
3. Insert the insole into the shoe and test for comfort and fit; the insole should lie flat with no bunching.

Recommended for gym workouts, cross-training, running, walking and everyday wear. To clean, hand wash with mild soap and air dry; do not machine wash or tumble dry. Fits the specified men’s and women’s size range; sold as a pair.
