This means we like to wash our activewear together to avoid abrasion from materials like denim. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, do not use softener or bleach, Lay flat or hang to dry for best results. Shimmer Nylon 100% Nylon Shell Fabric Content: 100% Nylon, Inner Fabric: 76% Nylon, 24% Spandex. Moisture Wicking. Allows the body to regulate temperature and keeps you cool all day long. Flat Seams.
